Shipping & Returns
To ensure maximum freshness, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday. If there is a holiday and shipping is not available, then the shipment will be moved to the next viable shipping date.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) and are insulated with refrigeration packs and special packaging, which is factored into the cost of shipping. These items are all perishable, so please be sure to place them in the refrigerator upon delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, shipments are sent without a required signature to avoid excessive periods in the carrier's possession. It is therefore of utmost importance that the orders are shipped to a location where there will be a receiver that can accept the delivery.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number in order to track the estimated date of arrival.
We offer shipping to California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.
